Shipping destinations and costs
A & N Collectibles ships within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery timeframe
Estimated delivery is 7–10 calendar days from the date you place your order. This timeframe includes both order processing and shipping transit time. Calendar days include weekends and holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by unexpected carrier delays, severe weather, or other disruptions.
Order updates
Order updates are sent to the email address provided at checkout. When tracking is available, we provide the tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
If we cannot meet a promised shipment date, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
Delivery addresses
Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and take photographs if possible to help us investigate.
Returns
